The man accused of intentionally setting a three-alarm blaze that destroyed a Baltimore County restaurant earlier this week will be held without bail pending the review of a competency evaluation.
A 40-year-old Baltimore County man was charged with arson in connection to a fire that destroyed Jilly's Bar & Grill in Pikesville early Wednesday morning.
