Real height of Mt Everest revealed | Height dispute over? | Oneindia News
Mt Everest, which is the highest peak in the world, has grown higher, with the govts of Nepal and China agreeing on a new elevation: which is 8,848.86 metres above sea level.
This makes the mountain 86 cm higher than before.
Earlier, China and Nepal made conflicting claims over the height.
