Protesting farmers at Nirankari Samagam ground in Burari started cultivating onions to use their idle time.

"Since we have been sitting idle for a month during protests, we thought of growing onions as we can use it for our daily cooking.

We'll grow more crops on Burari ground," said a farmer.

The farmers' protest against the agricultural legislations entered second month on December 27 as talks with centre have remained inconclusive so far.
