Hong Kong livestreams virtual fireworks display amid pandemic

Virtual fireworks livestreamed in Hong Kong to mark the arrival of 2021, afterthe traditional pyrotechnic display over Victoria Harbour was called off dueto coronavirus.

It is the second year running the fireworks have beencancelled; last year it was owing to anti-government protests.
