The terrifying video, shot in the city of Meizhou in Guangdong Province on February 22, shows a boy suddenly running to cross a road when a car suddenly appears driving through the area.
The motorist swerved immediately to avoid the boy, causing the car to lose control and smash down the roadside.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
The case is under further investigation.
