WB polls: 'Decision final on almost 80 seats,' says BJP's Rajib Banerjee
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Central Election Committee (CEC) meeting concluded at party headquarters in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and party president JP Nadda.
After meeting, ex-TMC leader who recently joined BJP, Rajib Banerjee said that he made his intentions clear about contesting elections from Domjur and said, "We mainly spoke about 3rd and 4th phase, and I think almost 80 seats have been finalised.
The announcement will be made tomorrow.
I want to contest from my previous seat (Domjur) and I made my intentions clear to the party as well today."
