A man in Moradabad, dressed as Sai Baba, is creating awareness among people to follow COVID guidelines and wear masks.

Every Thursday, Vipin Kumar stands outside a temple in his locality with a banner in his hand asking people to wear masks.

He said, "I don't allow people to enter the temple without masks, if they don't have I give them masks."
