1500 PSA oxygen generation plants being developed: Health Ministry

1500 Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation plants are being developed in the country, amid oxygen crisis, informed Joint Secretary of Union Health Ministry, Lav Agarwal who also said, to increase availability of oxygen, government is working on converting nitrogen plants into oxygen plants.

"1500 PSA oxygen generation plants are being developed.

To increase availability of oxygen we're working on converting nitrogen plants into oxygen plants.

We've identified 14 industries with PSA nitrogen plants, 37 plants have also been identified," Agarwal told media persons on May 03.
