Oakland Lake Merritt Neighbors Shaken by Fatal Shooting at Juneteenth Celebration
Oakland police say thousands of people were hanging out on Lakeshore Avenue at Lake Merritt when gunfire erupted Saturday evening.
One person was killed and six people were injured.
