Missouri teacher says he shouldn’t be fired for saying n-word because he was repeating student
Joe Oswald, a 27-year employee of the Lee’s Summit School District, said he always reads what he writes on discipline cards so students know what they did wrong.
The district alleges he had a responsibility not to repeat the slur verbatim, and said he repeated it again.
