Maharashtra: Woman falls into flood waters as rescuers lose grip | Oneindia News

A terrifying video from Chiplun shows a few people trying to pull up a woman from a flooded area using what appears to be a rope.

The woman, in the 11-second video, can be seen clinging on to what appears to a rope as she is pulled up.

But just as she nears the terrace of the building, the rescuers lose grip and she falls into the flood waters.
