Ethan Crumbley, the teenager charged in the Oxford High School shooting that left four people dead and seven others injured, is expected to go forward in the case with an insanity defense.
Another lawsuit has been filed against Ethan, James and Jennifer Crumbley, and Oxford High School employees, on behalf of multiple students at the high school.
