Drone Footage Shows Destruction in Borodyanka, Ukraine

This drone footage shows the destruction to the town of Borodyanka, in the Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine.

On April 5, President Zelenskyy surmised that the death toll in the town might be even greater than Bucha, where images of dead civilian bodies sparked global outcry earlier this week.

Ukrainian Defence shared the footage on Twitter with a defiant message: 'Only 42 days ago, 13,000 people lived in this village.

Russian occupiers brought death and destruction here.

They wanted to do the same with the whole of Ukraine.

But our army fought back.

Borodyanka is under the Ukrainian flag again.'
