The United States has accused North Korea of supplying Russia with a “significant” number of artillery shells to be used in Ukraine, as Moscow increasingly looks to allies for help with the war effort.
White House’s National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said on Wednesday that North Korea is “trying to make it appear as though they’re being sent to countries in the Middle East or North Africa.”
