Blazes Trigger Climate Change Alarm, Over 30 Killed in Algeria, Wildfires Rage From Europe To Africa

Wildfires raging across Algeria have killed more than 30 people, including 10 soldiers battling the flames.

Temperatures hit 48 degrees Celsius in parts of the North African country on July 24 with nearly 100 blazes reported across 16 provinces.

Wildfires have also wreaked havoc in north America and Europe, with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis warning, “we are at war, climate crisis is already here”.
