Prince William hosted a garden party at Buckingham Palace on behalf of his father King Charles. The party also included his cousins Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Zara Tindall - accompanied by her husband, Mike - and Peter Philips. The neighbour of a woman who was mauled to death by XL Bully dogs, says she never saw muzzled dogs anywhere on the estate. Aimee Marston said "We've never ever seen an XL Bully.
