In this absurd age of post-truths, alternative facts, deep fakes and artificial intelligence, people are looking for a grasp on facts and reality which is why the Merriam-Webster world of the year for 2023 is - “authentic”.
Authentic food, authentic voices and everything in between, as long as it’s real.
