The US government has declined to supply defence materials to Nikhil Gupta, an Indian national held in a Czech prison on Murder-for-hire charges linked to a thwarted assassination attempt on Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu.
Insisting on furnishing information only after Gupta's appearance in a New York court and facing arraignment, the government asserts its stance.
