Queen Camilla marks 100th anniversary of the Poppy Factory
Queen Camilla hosted a celebration of the 100th anniversary of The Poppy Factory at a reception in Clarence House.
Her Majesty met the factory’s employees and long-standing friends and partners before she was shown a small exhibition of poppies and wreaths that showed the evolution of the poppy as a symbol of Remembrance.

Drivers across the UK will soon enjoy discounts on dozens of new electric car models after the government announced a £650 million grant scheme worth up to £3,750 per car, as part of the Plan for Change and making owning an electric car a reality for thousands. Roads Minister Lilian Greenwood said: "You can save up to £1500 a year if you switch to electric.
