The former boss of the Post Office breaks down in tears as she gives evidence to the Post Office Horizon IT inquiry.
Paula Vennells who was chief executive from 2012-2019 says she was "too trusting" of information she was given at the time and admits the Post Office did know about problems with the software but she âpersonally didnâtâ.
