We now know who's in talks to star in the 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' reboot.
The Hollywood Reporter can exclusively reveal that Madelyn Cline and Camila Mendes are in talks to lead the ensemble of Sony Pictures' reboot of the 1997 horror hit.
Cline, of course, plays Sarah Cameron in the Netflix series 'Outer Banks,' while Mendes played Veronica on the CW's long-running series 'Riverdale.'
Also in negotiations are Tony Award nominee Sarah Pidgeon... 'Atlanta's' Tyriq Withers and Jonah Hauer-King, who played Prince Eric in Disney's live-action remake of 'The Little Mermaid.'
We're getting a closer look at the new 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' sequel and it's got quite the hook! The sequel revives the horror franchise that launched with the original 1997 movie of the same name. The new film stars Madelyn Cline, Jonah Hauer-King, Chase Sui Wonders and more with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinze Jr. reprising their roles from the first feature and its 1998 follow-up.
