Germany gave Russia time until midnight on Monday to agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine, the government spokesperson Stefan Kornelius said. If Moscow doesnât respond, Berlin says it will introduce new sanctions.

The Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed the liberation of Kotlyarovka in the Donetsk People's Republic.
