The judge pointed out he already made a decision in April to allow the resentencing hearing -- and he said Friday he saw nothing new presented that would change his decision.
The next hearing is scheduled for May 9, and will address the admissibility of the risk assessment report ... and the brothers' defense attorney Mark Geragos is expected to file for L.A. County..
