The prime minister says the thoughts of the whole country are with those affected by events in Liverpool – after a car drove into fans during Liverpool FC’s Premier League victory parade.
Speaking the day after police arrested a 53-year-old man believed to the driver, Sir Keir Starmer also thanked first responders for doing a ‘fantastic job’.
