US and China strike a deal on trade framework after talks in London
The London talks are the latest in the two countries’ joint efforts to find a middle ground to resolve a trade dispute which threatens to plunge the world into recession and economic instability.

A memorial service was held at St Paul's Cathedral to mark the 20th anniversary of the 7/7 London bombings which killed 52 people and injuring hundreds more. Addressing the attendees of the service, the Dean of St Paul's Cathedral Andrew Tremlett said: "We come to honour the memory of those who died, to stand by the survivors and to give thanks to those who responded with courage and compassion."
