However, steel and aluminum remain sticking points, with potential tariffs looming if security terms aren't met by July 9.

While the U.K. celebrates gains in auto and aerospace, questions linger over construction and defense-linked steel exports.

The U.S. will also gain beef export access under strict food safety rules.
