Vietnam Boat Accident: A deadly tourist tragedy has struck Vietnam’s famed Ha Long Bay as a boat carrying 48 passengers, including over 20 children, capsized during a sudden and violent thunderstorm. The Wonder Sea Boat was overwhelmed by fierce winds, lightning, and torrential rain, killing at least 37 people and leaving five still missing.
