Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has vowed to block the EU’s new budget plan, refusing to support additional funding for Ukraine’s war effort. Orbán slammed the proposal as a “budget of hopelessness,” arguing it would harm European farmers, blackmail Hungary, and waste resources on a conflict Ukraine cannot win.
