Monica Elizabeth Crowley is the Chief of Protocol of the United States since May 2025 in the Second Trump administration. Crowley formerly served as the assistant secretary for public affairs for the U.S. Department of the Treasury from July 2019 to January 2021. She has been a political commentator and lobbyist. She was a Fox News contributor, where she worked from 1996 to 2017. She is a former online opinion editor for The Washington Times and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
