Facebook argues it doesn't belong in former N.B. doctor's lawsuit alleging racist posts

Meta Platforms, which owns Facebook, is one of three defendants named in a lawsuit filed by Dr. Jean-Robert Ngola in 2022. After he was accused of defying COVID-19 protocol in 2020, Ngola claims Facebook allowed racist content about him to circulate online.
