Mini, meanwhile, has completed its line-up with the reveal of the Aceman - a Renault Clio-sized hatchback positioned between the Cooper and Countryman.

Over at Maserati, the firm is deciding whether to move the next-generation Quattroporte onto an extended version of the new Granturismo's platform - we detail why it's an 'important problem' for Bologna.
