Dr Reddy’s acquires MenoLabs women’s wellness portfolio from Amyris

Dr Reddy's Laboratories acquires Amyris Inc's MenoLabs portfolio, a women's health and dietary supplement brand, as part of Amyris' Chapter 11 bankruptcy sales proceedings. The acquisition includes seven branded products that address perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Dr Reddy's Labs aims to accelerate growth in the women's nutritional and wellness markets and expand its US self-care and wellness business portfolio. The acquisition also includes the MenoLife health tracker app which supports the product line and provides community, education, and information regarding menopause.
