Byju's founder Byju Raveendran was voted out as CEO by investors, but he called the meeting a 'farce' and the resolutions illegal. Byju's may take legal action and a group of investors has moved NCLT seeking a new CEO and board. The CEO reiterated that the decisions taken at the EGM on Friday did not stick to the established rules and therefore they donβt count.
