Zomato, Swiggy breached competition laws: Report

India's antitrust watchdog investigated food delivery companies Zomato and Swiggy. The investigation found that both companies engaged in anti-competitive practices. Zomato offered lower commissions to restaurants that signed exclusivity agreements. Swiggy promised growth to restaurants that listed exclusively on its platform. The Competition Commission of India will now review the findings and issue a final decision.
