Karan Johar has responded to accusations of being part of the 'nepo mafia' in the film industry. While introducing Lakshya in the film 'Kill,' KJo acknowledged that it was a reminder against the allegations. He emphasized that critics should also give due credit and clarified that Lakshya earned his role through auditions and hard work. Karan also addressed negative opinions about his public persona and urged his critics to consider that there is more to him than meets the eye. 'Kill,' directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, recently premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and received positive reviews.
