Singer-actor Aaliyah Qureishi couldn't believe it when she received a call informing her that she had been cast in a Shah Rukh Khan movie. Desperate for work, she had been spamming casting directors when she received a call from Mukesh Chhabra's office about a film under SRK's banner. After auditioning for the role, she was shocked to learn that she had been selected without needing another round of auditions.
