McCallum had a successful acting career spanning seven decades, starting in the 1950s. He gained international fame for his role as Illya Kuryakin in "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." and later became a fan favorite as medical examiner Donald "Ducky" Mallard on "NCIS." McCallum's death was attributed to natural causes. He is survived by five children from his two marriages.
