Vivek Oberoi had alleged that the accused coaxed him to invest money in an event and film production company, promising substantial profits. However, it later came to light that the funds were misused for personal gains. Oberoi and Saha jointly founded 'Anandita Entertainment,' with Saha's wife, Radhika Nanda, and his mother, Nandita Saha, as partners.
