In an recent interview, Hema said that the most beautiful gift she has received on her birthday was when she was very busy working on films. From 1975 to 1985, the actress doesnβt think she rested even one day. She was continuously working. She was shooting for Sholay one day, then going to Afghanistan for Dharmatma, then going to Russia, and within two months coming back to shoot in Nasik. She played so many different kinds of roles in her personal life, too.
