Former K-pop star Yoo Seung Joon wins suit

After a 21-year ban, former K-pop star Yoo Seung Joon has won a legal battle to return to South Korea. The Supreme Court ruled in his favor, urging the cancellation of the refusal to issue a passport and visa. Yoo Seung Joon had acquired US citizenship to avoid mandatory military service, making him the only individual barred from South Korea for this reason.
