Wamiqa says she was part of Baahubali series

Wamiqa Gabbi recently caused confusion among fans when she asserted her involvement in SS Rajamouli's 'Baahubali.' However, the clarification later revealed that she was referring to her role in the series 'Baahubali: Before the Beginning,' intended as a prequel to the acclaimed magnum opus. Mrunal Thakur was initially roped in for the role which eventually went to Wamiqa. Deva Katta and Praveen Sattaru were supposed to helm the project in 2018.
