'Salaar' Twitter review: Netizens call it blockbuster

IndiaTimes Friday, 22 December 2023
'Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire', directed by Prashanth Neel and starring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan, has received positive response from fans. The film, a mix of Neel's previous works 'Ugramm' and 'KGF', revolves around two friends turned enemies. Despite rumors of being a 'Ugramm' remake, Neel clarified that 'Salaar' is a reteeling of 'Ugramm' tailored for Prabhas and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The film's big-budget release in multiple languages has generated Rs 90 crore in advance ticket bookings and sold nearly 30,000 tickets on its opening day in India.
