Saira Banu on Vyjayanthimala's Padma Vibhushan award

The Central Government has revealed the recipients of the Padma awards, including Vyjayanthimala who received the Padma Vibhushan award. Saira Banu congratulated and praised Vyjayanthimala, referring to her as an elder sister. Telugu actor Chiranjeevi also received the Padma Vibhushan award. Vyjayanthimala's exceptional dancing skills earned her the nickname 'Twinkle Toes'.
