Arun Govil, who is known for portraying Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar's iconic TV serial Ramayan, has embarked on a new journey in politics. Amidst his political engagements, the 66-year-old actor will be seen playing the role of King Dashrath in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana starring Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram. As Govil is excited for his political career, he has remained undecided about quitting acting entirely.
