On August 5, Kajol celebrates her birthday. Known for her versatility, she is currently busy with several new film projects. In a recent interview with Variety, she discussed her upcoming work, including Sarzameen, her first collaboration with Prithviraj Sukumaran and Ibrahim Ali Khan, directed by Kayoze Irani. While details are scarce, the film is described as a mystery thriller exploring love and relationships, supported by Karan Johar. Kajol enjoyed working with Prithviraj and was impressed by Ibrahim, expressing excitement about their on-screen chemistry. Kajol’s film slate spans various genres, including horror, action, drama, and mystery. Notably, she will explore horror for the first time in Maa, a psychological drama with thriller and suspense elements. Additionally, she will star in Maharagni – Queen of Queens, an action-packed film reuniting her with Prabhu Deva after 27 years, and will play a police officer in Netflix’s Do Patti.
