Weinstein begs for early #MeToo retrial

Harvey Weinstein, the disgraced Hollywood producer, appeared frail in court, requesting to expedite his retrial for rape and sexual assault due to unbearable prison conditions. The judge set the retrial for April 15 but refused to move the date. Weinstein is serving a 16-year sentence in California and had a previous 23-year sentence in New York overturned.
