IndiaTimes Friday, 7 March 2025
Actor Gene Hackman, 95, died from heart disease a week after his wife, Betsy Arakawa, 65, succumbed to hantavirus. Hackman, suffering from advanced Alzheimer's, was likely unaware of her death or could not get help. Found in their New Mexico home, both deaths were deemed natural with one passing away due to a viral infection, the hantavirus, and the other death occurring from heart disease.
