Shooting victim 'denied travel to Scotland for treatment on terror grounds'
Thursday, 27 February 2025 A man shot in Northern Ireland has been denied permission on anti-terrorism grounds to travel to Scotland for surgery, his solicitor has said.
Conservative MSP Graham Simpson has defected to Reform UK, saying, "I've watched Reform with interest and I see the opportunity to help to create something here in Scotland, and it's clear that the voters agree in increasing numbers".
