Wednesday, 26 March 2025 Non-folding e-bikes will be banned from London Tube and rail services from the end of the month to "ensure the safety of customers and staff", Transport for London (TfL) has said.
The defence secretary has paid a visit to a Royal Air Force station following his pledge to ramp up defence spending this week. John Healey flew in an army helicopter and operated a drone during the visit to RAF Northolt in South Ruislip in London on Tuesday.

A clothing sale of some of Princess Diana's most celebrated looks is set to take place in Beverly Hills on Thursday. An exhibition with some of the selected pieces went on display at an exclusive private exhibition at the Peninsula Hotel in London ahead of the auction. Speaking at the exhibition, Elizabeth Emanuel - who designed Diana's wedding dress for her 1981 wedding to King Charles - said: "People want to be closer to her. She was just such a pure soul, such a good and wonderful person and people want to remember her through whatever means."
