Thursday, 27 March 2025 The King has cancelled engagements tomorrow after "experiencing temporary side effects" from his cancer treatment, Buckingham Palace has said.
Jo Hamilton, campaigner and former sub-postmistress, is made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire by the Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace. Mrs Hamilton, who was played by Monica Dolan in the drama Mr Bates Vs The Post Office, said being honoured for services to justice by the Princess Royal at Buckingham Palace on Thursday was βwonderfulβ.
